Free technical assistance by phone—sometimes, there is no need for service team, and your operation staff could solve the problem very easy—we will guide you by phone, and if problem can be easy fixed, you won’t spend time and money for service that you don’t really need. Valid for all operating period, not only for warranty term. |

Technical assistance in operation |

Our specialized team will help you with installation and starting of operation. For some products (pumping stations, oil separators, WWTP-s) we are doing the inslallation of equipments as well. It doesn't include the positioning of concrete elements, the digging, etc) |

Technical assistance for installation |
|
If you decide to sign a service/maintenance contract, our specialized team will go to your location several times by year, to inspect the products. If we find out that there are any problems, we will present you the problems, and the cost of solving it. With your agreement, we will solve the problems, so you can be sure that your equipments are operating at normal parameters. |
